Job Summary:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a vital role in the continuous growth of the social media connection of our company. With guidance and support from the strategic and creative team, you will be responsible for all social media channels, content strategies and development as well as all analytics. You will help manage social media requests and plan larger initiatives to help promote company events, re-enforce our company image and brand, and provide relevant audience content to increase social media user engagement and strengthen web traffic.
Responsibilities:
Follow local, regional and international trends to capitalize on Dailymealz campaigns work alongside our graphic design team to generate content that is both eye catching and engaging
Collaborate with other members of the communications team to source editorial content, videos, photos, press releases, reports etc. to translate them into creative and engaging digital content
Pitch story ideas based on audience trends and offer insight for social framing
Generate monthly reports on performance of social accounts and wrap-up reports on paid campaigns
Work efficiently with design, SEO, paid social, designer trade and content teams to generate support where needed
Work with a wide range of media, using graphic design software, to help increase brand loyalty and engagement on digital platforms
Provide creative ideas for marketing content and website content for Dailymealz promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
Execute social media campaigns and track ROI for marketing campaigns
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
Analyze the performance of all posts to optimize and enhance the performance of the posts/campaigns based on their objectives
Report any intriguing and new insights and simultaneously raising any flags regarding recurring perceptions and concerns
Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
Ensure uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
Interact through social media to public comments, posts, tweets and mentions, responding directly to all customer concerns and providing positive engagement on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Use data to identify insights and build compelling strategies to drive positive engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in KSA market
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing or any related field
Minimum 1+ years of social media experience
Must be a social media expert with strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and an ability to develop social responses with the brand voice
Have strong knowledge of using Dynamic search campaigns and Dynamic remarketing Campaigns
Have strong knowledge of using Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Appsflyer etc.) and can track and analyze the campaigns
Deep knowledge of paid social media tools such as Facebook Business Manager
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Demonstrated strong writing skills
Strong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends
Passion to work in a start-up environment.
Proficiency in Arabic and English
